Research Interests:
Dr L A M Nejad: Theoretical Astrophysics and
numerical methods for stiff ordinary differential equations.
Dr S. Lynch: Dynamical Systems, on particular nonlinear ordinary
differential equations, nonlinear optics, multifractal analysis and neural networks.
Author of two books "Dynamical Systems with Applications using Maple" and
"Dynamical Systems with Applications using MATLAB", both published by Birkhauser.
Dr Lynch is also doing some collaborative work with the Intelligent Systems Group
Dr Nejad and DR Lynch collaborate on bistability
analysis in astrophysical chemical kinetics.
