By completing this course, you will learn to put Adobe Flash to work and create powerful and interactive content using object oriented scripting techniques and authoring strategies. You will have the opportunity to extend your knowledge in a range of areas including: variables, the manipulation of symbol properties, implementation of mouse and keyboard event handlers, the development of reusable movie-clip elements such as navigation bars, the use of the Flash display hierarchy, reading an parsing XML and creating custom classes using .as files.
Our course is short and interactive combining face to face sessions, screencast demonstration and hands-on practice to help you produce engaging and interactive rich Internet content using Actionscript 3.0. The course is ideally suited to intermediate Flash developers, who have either already completed our Introductory course or have the equivalent experience in interface-driven Flash development.
