Research History After graduating from Imperial College James O'Shea spent 5 years in Industrial Research and Development and a number of years in consultancy. After joining MMU he linked up with Zuhair Bandar to form the Intelligent Systems Group. he has since produced a number of publications, supervised Ph.D.s to completion and acted as lead Academic for a Teaching Company Scheme researching the application of Artificial Neural Networks in Telecommunications Fraud Detection.
